Central City Dance Center's 22,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility is located in the heart of Canton, MI. When not in use, the studio and its dance rooms are available for short-term rental at very reasonable rates.  

Our dance center can easily be configured for everything from small parties to events for up to 200 people (auditions, conferences, rehearsals, workshops, etc).  We cater to community groups, arts & educational organizations, and commercial rentals, all subject to the Dance Center's availability and approval. 

Central City Dance Center has 7 spacious stage-sized dance rooms, a large reception/gathering area, the City Snack Barre with seating up to 50, and ample parking.

Only15 minutes from Detroit Metropolitan (DTW) Airport, Central City Dance Center is the perfect place to host your next big event, dance auditions, or weekend workshop.

• Space may be booked by phone or in person. 
• 50% Payment is required at time of booking. 
• Full Payment must be received before gaining access to the rented space. 
• Renter must cancel one week prior to the event in order to receive full refund or credit (credit valid for future rentals within the next 6 months). 
• A signed contract / rental agreement is required.

Do I need to be a Central City Dance member? 

No. We welcome all individuals, community groups & organizations, based on availability.

What is the studio's availability?  

Availability changes based on the time of year & the CCD class schedule.  It's always best to send an email to check availability. 

When does the rental start & end?  

Studio rentals may be back to back with another rental. Therefore rental times must be respected. Additional time used after the official end of a rental will be pro-rated and billed to the renter.  Additional Time pro-rated per ½ hour over scheduled event time.
